To ensure that customers had the most seamless experience possible, Food in a Minute needed to evolve and bring together all of its digital channels.
We created an integrated platform that provided consistency across multiple points of contact – a hub where everyday Kiwi cooks could be inspired by new recipe ideas. New features, such as weekly meal planners, automatic shopping list generation, and a “what’s in my kitchen” multi-search option also worked to give users maximum usefulness with minimum fuss.
We completely overhauled the interface and functionality of Food in a Minute during the process, to achieve total cohesion across web, mobile web and mobile app. Because the same database is shared for all interactions, if a consumer starts planning a meal on one device they can even pick up where they left off on another.
