The team at Group IMD, recently rebranded as Peach, were keen to make their new identity known. The team at StopPress were keen to shine the spotlight on New Zealand’s production industry. It was a perfect match from the start, culminating in a whole month of bespoke production-focused content on StopPress.
Production Month, sponsored by Peach New Zealand, included an editorially driven story about the production industry every week. The articles examined how production companies are moving into the future, and how they’re representing New Zealand on the world stage. Peach had presence on each story published under the Production Month topic, and also featured on the StopPress homepage.
Alongside the editorial stories, production companies Flying Fish and Curious Film came on board. Each showed off their roster of directors in editorially driven profiles, and paid for a company profile in the form of an advertorial.
At the end of the month, all the stories were collated into a themed newsletter, once again featuring Peach’s branding, which was emailed to StopPress subscribers. This EDM had a higher than average open rate of *28%. (Source: Adestra, 16 May 2019)
The team at Peach were delighted with the results, with Director Michael Orton saying that “StopPress delivered exactly what we needed to the audience we needed to reach”. Peach New Business Manager Matt Martin said, “aligning ourselves with StopPress’s Production feature was a no-brainer. Great reach from agencies to marketing teams.”
When it comes to producing something good, we know our stuff.
