Glow Lab came to us with a great product and ambitious goals to match. Through ingenuity and dedication, they had created an incredibly effective range of cosmeceuticals. Despite working at a pharmacy-level quality, the Glow Lab team were keen to sell at supermarket prices. We worked on refining the brand and creating a framework to support the rapid development phases that would follow. Working closely with the client, we produced a beautifully impactful packaging suite which ensured we were getting the “Nature and Science” messaging across whilst standing out in a highly competitive retail environment. We created a full brand and communications playbook, covering all elements of the launch phase for both the New Zealand and Australian markets. This included every element that we delivered to support the brand including packaging, website, social, EDM, POS, sampling and a suite of advertising materials. To get the amplification required across both territories, we focused initially on digital advertising – which gave us the ability to scale rapidly whilst running different creative interpretations that could be tweaked based on real-time results. Magazine brands were used to raise overall awareness, while also serving as a sophisticated distribution mechanism. Based on the runaway success of the first range of products, a second range has since been recently released.
